Good place to eat considering city doesn’t have many options.

Go there all the time with my friends, food is always superb! Love the wonton and ramen especially! Staff are always lovely! My favourite restaurant in FSJ!!

i love this place. i actually went there because my co workers were laughing at the exterior. i said it might be a diamond in the rough, so i looked it up on google and the reviews were outstanding. really good food, wide variety on the menu. best ramen on town and some really cute Korean girls working there.

Walked in for a quick bite, while my Landry was drying across the street. The lady at the counter was very polite and sat me quickly. I ordered the Tokyo roll, It was at my table very quick which was good because I was very hungry. I notice the music was too loud and the walls could use a good scrub. They have a TV with sports playing and they serve beer 5.50 for domestic. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Mixed of Korean/Japanese cruise with options of Western food in the menu. Food is above average, place is small and the location is off a bit but still in town. I normally do take out since I don't like the hard wooden seats there and not much of the atmosphere I enjoy while eating. The atmosphere rather feels plain, almost like sitting in a normal room with a few seats set up to sit down . Service is nice. Waitress is friendly.

Great food and service

During my travels through the north, I stopped at this small restaurant. They had very friendly and helpful service, and I ordered the Gyoza and a Spicy Korean BBQ dish. Everything tasted very authentic and the bill was manageable too!

The food here is always good. I've had many dishes from soups to stir fry to sushi and never been disappointed. My only minor complaint is the size of the restaurant and the temperature of the sitting area could be better

This spot offers fantastic quality sushi on customary Korean dishes. Nature of administration is well beyond. I was presented with lightning speed in spite of a few different clients in eatery. Choice of sushi alternatives is exceptionally amazing! I'm extremely content with this eatery and can prescribe it.

Always great food with friendly staff, the environment is cozy and the food is delicious. The restaurant puts equal effort in to both it Asian & Western dishes. The seating is a bit uncomfortable and the decor is tacky; but who cares about that, the food and customer service speaks for its self.

This place offers excellent quality sushi on top of traditional Korean dishes. Quality of service is above and beyond. I was served with lightning speed despite several other customers in restaurant. Selection of sushi options is very impressive! I'm very happy with this restaurant and can definitely recommend it.

Easily the best sushi I've had in Fort St John so far. I had a kappa roll and an FSJ roll and they were both delicious and well priced, the service was also very fast and friendly. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you very much for good quality sushi that I've been missing since moving here.

Ordered Vege tempura, vegetable spring rolls, kimbap, red hot chicken dinner set, beef yaki soba, salmon and chopped scallop nigiri sushi. Tempura was so flaky and the sauce was so delicious. Loved the spring rolls too. Nothing to complain about with the rest of the food except the sushi was a little bit disappointing. Glad I added more spiciness to the chicken will ask for even more spicy next time. Will definitely be back a few more times. Can't wait!

The food is fresh and unbelievably tasty. Great service and a very good bang for your buck.

The fish and chips was amazing! Service was great! However the location is not a well known place to out of town visitors. I am from out of town and our instructor took us there for lunch.

Have you ever been hungry before? Chances are, you have. If this is the case you'll know all about needing some good food. Hungry Bear is the bomb diggity. Their Korean short ribs are absolutely delightful, and the sushi is pretty damn good as well. Eat here, I demand it.

The service was friendly and really fast. The sushi was fresh tasting, and they have a pretty diverse menu. Would definitely recommend it.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but good food and friendly staff. Definitely in the FSJ rotation now.

Delicious if you eat in, delicious if you take it out!Definitely my new go-to for eating out. Reasonable prices and a menu with so much variety that I was frankly skeptical. But the udon was tasty as heck, and the avocado burger was out of this world.

One of the better places in Fsj to eat. Quite a large variety of foods to order. Decent prices, can get a tad pricey but the quality of food is high. If you're worried about not liking anything on the menu, there are a hand full of western foods and even a few dishes styled for Fsj. I recommend heading there with a friend to try out a few different things. Then bring your family so that you can recommend a dish or two for them.

Best pad tai in town, great food, not cheap but you won’t leave disappointed. Wish they would renovate the place to be more comfortable but the food is great at least. Service can be slow at times so don’t expect prompt service. Menu has too many items on it but I always stick with the Asian food and never had the western. Sushi is good as well but not much of a selection.
